120Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced project management-oriented Implementation Manager to join its growing Services team. The Services team focuses on delivering implementation and program consulting services for clients who choose to supplement their 120Water solution with additional program services.
Our Implementation Services are a part of every client solution and our Implementation Managers play a mission-critical role in delivering speed to value for all of our clients. As a high-growth scale-up stage company, 120Water Implementation Managers operate in a world of sustained speed and intensity and are on the frontlines of serving our clients from the time immediately after the sale through the go-live of their program solution(s). Their work makes a profound and important impact on our client's initial experience with 120Water's delivery engine and speed to value.
Working cross-functionally with 120Water's account managers and program success managers, and reporting to the Senior Implementation Manager, this role will be fully responsible and accountable for the Implementation phase of their assigned client implementations. Additionally, the Implementation Manager will continually look for ways to maximize their delivery efficiency and repeatability without sacrificing service and deliverable quality.
You’ll work simultaneously across a portfolio of client implementations spanning 120Water's various water program solutions under timelines and will also be responsible for proactively managing risks, issues, and expectations related to each implementation. The Implementation Manager role is purely project-based in which they are involved exclusively from the time of contract signing through program(s) go-live after which time responsibility for the client is fully transitioned to the client's program success manager and/or program consultant.
The Implementation Manager role is very dynamic and varied, and to be successful requires deep client empathy and understanding as well key project management fundamentals such as organization, time management, process-orientation, consistency, discipline, planning, responsiveness, risk and issue management, collaboration, anticipation, calmness under pressure/deadlines and proactive communications.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations Include
Ownership of, and accountability for, ensuring implementation success and speed to value
Internal and external stakeholder management and accountability
Recognition and comfortability around high stakes implementation scenarios
Implementation execution (hours/effort, timelines, milestones) tracking, monitoring and management
Conveyance of trust and confidence to the client throughout implementation
Cross-functional internal and external acumen, awareness, and communication
Proactive and anticipatory execution orientation
Risk and issue management
Ongoing (often daily) evaluation of implementation needs and prioritization of actions
Impeccable organization, time management, and communications
Readiness for use of knowledge, skills, and abilities internally to benefit the Services function and/or the company
Strong acumen in, and committed ongoing use of, digital project management, scheduling, and time tracking tools
3-5 years of relevant simultaneous multi-client implementations project management work
Experience in B2B SaaS particularly in SMB - midmarket size segments
Experience in compliance-related industry(s) not required but will be helpful
Water industry/sector experience not required but will be helpful
