Job Description: Job Description: This position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer calls professionally Respond to caller’s inquiries Research required information using available resources Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team Navigate multiple computer applications relative to position Ability to deal with difficult situations over the phone while maintaining high level of professionalism Adhere to assigned schedule and call flow Job Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Proficient verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills Customer service oriented Attention to detail Ability to operate basic functions of MS Office applications (MS Excel, Exchange, etc…) If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
