- Compassion and empathy to support any child and / or adult from special needs groups including people with disabilities, people from CALD backgrounds, people from the LGBTI community, veterans, indigenous people, justice services, and people living with debilitating diseases such as Dementia, HIV, or Parkinson.

Learning & Development :
All employees of Spectrum Care are involved in weekly training sessions to support individuals in the needed outcomes that underpin a person-centered practice.
Your participation level and delivery of support are assessed and reviewed regularly.
