What You Will Achieve Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in the movement of materials and finished goods within the plant, office, or warehouse. As a material handling expert, you will be entrusted with receiving, storage, inventory control, internal distribution and shipping, in compliance with corporate standards. To enable you to accomplish this task, you will make use of a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, hand carts and power trucks. As part of the Technical Operations team, you are recognized as someone with specialized knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. You will be entrusted with adapting standard methods and procedures by applying your knowledge, prior work experience and requirements. Your business awareness of cross-organizational impact on project delivery will elevate the quality of project deliverables. You will make decision about the methods and procedures that are the best fit for different work situations. You will train others and reinforce behaviors that will help us achieve our goal of providing the best healthcare to our patients. How You Will Achieve It Manage own time, professional development and be accountable for own results. The Serialization Coordinator will be the SME for serialization processes within the Logistics Center Assist in driving the serialization standards that comply with global mandates. Support the deployment of requirements and enhancements for SAP ECC, SAP ATTP and SAP ICH. Support resolutions of Serialization Dashboard issues Analyze serialization issues and work to bring resolution Participate and engage on teams to resolve manufacturer logistics packaging and product labeling issues that impact productivity and processes. Collaborate with Operation, Customer Service, Digital and any other stakeholders/colleagues to facilitate solutions that drive exception management processes for addressing customer deliveries. Conduct and Support Serialization User testing and training Escalate serialization issues to the appropriate commissioning sites and follow-up until resolution. Support data issue resolution of EPCIS failures between Pfizer and downstream customer systems. Support Master Data review and corrections. Help gather and trend serialization data. Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Qualifications Must-Have High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in partnering with multiple supply chain functions understanding requirements and supporting supply & logistics business needs & strategy. Previous serialization implementation and trouble-shooting experience Demonstrated ability in integrating business knowledge with analytical insight. Strong leadership qualities including interpersonal. communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must have demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong oral and written communication, and presentation skills are required. Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies and cultures. Must be fluent in English (oral and written). Nice-to-Have SAP-ECC, ATTP/ICH, BI, experience. Knowledge of supply chain planning processes & technology Curiosity / Passion around supply chain planning innovation Change management experience in a complex multi-national organization. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience/certification. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to perform data analysis and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system interface issues. Ability to trouble shoot and resolve serialization issues. Lifting, sitting, standing, and walking required. Ability to lead/participate in TEAMs meetings. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Some travel may be required (5-10%) Ability to work overtime as needed. Work Location Assignment: On Premise The salary for this position ranges from $23.76 to $39.59 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
