A Five Below Graphic Designer creates engaging and thoughtful graphics that visually represent the brand. This person is able to use the brand identity as a guide in developing ideas and designs that connect with our target customer enhancing our brand experience and showcasing our extreme value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ideate and create designs for in-store graphics and signage, seasonal campaigns, email, internal communication and more. Obtain information from project stakeholders – written or verbal - and develop designs to meet the project goals while maintaining brand expectations. Excellent time management. Be able to communicate clearly and receive feedback with an open mind. Work independently and/or on a team to deliver content that meets the objective and accurately represents the brand identity. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of related experience in an agency or corporate setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of Adobe software and knowledge of Microsoft programs Experience in designing within brand identity and multi-channel campaigns Strong communication skils, verbal and written Excellent time and workload management Skill in presenting concepts concisely and passionately with openness to feedback If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
