Creates marketplace opportunities to showcase Optima Family Care's (OFC) programs and services for Medicaid beneficiaries, advocates and community leaders. Initiates and develops community activities that drive membership growth or retention. Initiates grass-roots stakeholder development in support of OFC goals. Provides on-site management of events. Demonstrates proficiency in understanding, analyzing and articulating complex issues in the Medicaid program or in the community, including emerging health care issues.
