Duties include handling phone calls, administrative assistance, safety screenings and meeting/event assistance. 10.5 hours a week. [3 days 4:00pm to 5:30pm and 2 days 4:00pm to 7pm, some additional evenings may be needed]. Successful candidates will have organizational and computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Publisher, Excel, and learn additional software. The ability to handle sensitive information is a must. Other musts are: exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently, and flexibility with a can-do attitude. Great work environment.
