Digital Migration Analyst Trimble Transportation is hiring a senior professional with strong analytical and data migration expertise to help our business units within the sector identify, analyze and map their current product and systems data in alignment with our overall Digital Transformation (DX) release plan. Job Description - Digital Transformation Data Inventory and Migration Lead Trimble is embarking on a digital transformation that will affect every business area, region and team throughout the company. We are transitioning our business model and developing best practice processes and procedures for providing the best possible, simplified customer experience. These will be captured in a Digital Transformation Playbook that every business in Trimble can follow and adopt. Our goals are focused around successful customers, happy shareholders and an empowered workforce. This change requires some fundamental adjustments to the Trimble culture and to the way Trimble does business including how we are organized and governed and how we go-to-market. We will be introducing new skills, new teams and new functions to serve the customer in the best possible way. We need experienced leaders who can help our businesses manage change to achieve this transformation. Key Attributes: Ownership of the data migration plan, coordinating cutover and data validation activities. Oversee identification, mapping and conversion of data between source and target systems. Interface with the DTO technology team to ensure all data related mappings are provided and source data matches target systems. Report on project status and readiness, escalate risks and provide recommendations. Works closely with business leads and SMEs on design, validation and other related activities. Ability to meet with product and technical teams to facilitate cross divisional roadmap readiness. Must demonstrate a key understanding of MDM concepts and how they map to business systems and processes. Must be a team player as this role requires working with multiple teams. Strong organizational skills. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Work with each business unit and process owner to understand their business processes and product models. Work with the Digital Transformation Office to understand the data archiving strategy and provide an implementation plan for TTC business units. Aids in defining, documenting and managing project scope, goals, priorities, deliverables and timelines that support business goals in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Release Program Lead. Identify, analyze and determine what data needs to be migrated. Interface with the DTO technology team to resolve issues. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, data, or systems analysis, or as a key business resource on systems projects. Demonstrated leadership on mid to large scale projects impacting strategic priorities, Experience in leading and ensuring delivery of all aspects of data migration including data identification, analysis and mapping. Integration and data migration experience with Salesforce.com. Good Understanding of data quality and governance models. Highly organized with strong problem solving skills and a laser focus on even the smallest details. Competent knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle or similar. Must demonstrate an ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects. Must demonstrate excellence in collaboration, analytical thinking and technical expertise. Ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects, with keen sense of urgency Willingness to go above and beyond for the extra mile to ensure the right stakeholders are involved and the right decisions are reached Openness to feedback, strong self-awareness and keen empathy.
