Production Manager - YITTY

Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a Production Manager – YITTY. How Do You Fit In? Fabletics is seeking a Production Manager for our YITTY team. This role will support the day-to-day activities including (but not limited to) oversee creation of all purchase orders, maintain pre-production schedules, understanding of technical specifications - garment construction and fit, materials inventory, manage a capacity chart for factory allocation on a quarterly basis, coordinate sample sets for marketing and track delivery status. The ideal candidate is responsible, takes accountability, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work well within a team environment but is a self-motivator who can work independently. This position will report to the Director of Production – Fabletics What You Will Do: Monitor and verify Purchase Order entry process to manufactures Monitor vendor terms, invoicing and payments Manage and monitor pre-production schedule and all time and action calendars including delivery dates Review and approve all bulk fabric swatches and send comments to mill/vendor Monitor fabric and trim vendors including timely delivery of product to manufacturing location Monitor shipping, import of goods with third party vendors, monitor goods pickup and delivery Work closely with the design team to confirm technical specifications including measurement specs, grading and constructions details of garment Analyze garments to determine compliance of spec, construction, and fit intent Monitor Production Status of all programs by season, including garment quality and inventory control Manage Production activities with other cross functional departments including sample sets for marketing Work closely with all vendors and agent offices (local & overseas) to ensure that monthly production process and track delivery status of orders are on schedule Maintain an organized and accurate WIP for all vendors What You Can Bring: 5- 7 years’ minimum production experience, previous experience with intimate apparel / shapewear a plus Must possess strong organizational, planning, cost analysis, margins and turns knowledge Ability to manage multiple vendors and experience working with oversea vendors Solid understanding of the marketplace Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation Ability to multitask and work in a face-paced environment under pressure Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint a plus Compensation & Total Rewards At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
