We are currently seeking to hire a Corporate Recruiter
The way our program runs we have lead setters that set leads for our in home closers. In our program a Corporate Recruiter oversees the hiring and onboarding for our lead setters. A good fit for the position would be someone that really enjoys the process of talking to people about joining a new organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hiring processes
- Develop better ways to hire and onboard new employees
- Perform in interviews
- Coordinate with sales managers to add lead setters to their teams
Compensation:
- Position does have a starting salary based on experience
- Plus Commission
- Average Earning CR makes $60,000
- Highest Earning CR makes $$70,000
