Collaborate in the assembly and fabrication of Elements products based on provided specifications.
Conduct thorough quality checks to uphold established quality standards and protocols.
Accurately and efficiently complete all required documentation and paperwork.
Perform various tasks including sorting, sleeving, bagging, and boxing of products.
Follow directions from Lead and Supervisors, promptly and accurately executing assigned tasks.
Maintain consistent production rates while working alongside machine operators.
Adhere to established safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Facet's product line.
Implement and sustain the 5S system for workplace organization and cleanliness.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not mandatory.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and achieving production targets.
Possess excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
Strong ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
Willingness to undergo drug testing and fit-for-duty evaluation in accordance with state law guidelines.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Familiarity with the 5S system for workplace organization is advantageous.
Physical capability to engage in repetitive tasks and lift up to a specified weight limit, as required.
