Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Sales Contract Analyst to join our team at our downtown Chicago headquarters.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Sales Contract Analyst to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, Business Operations, the Sales Contract Analyst is responsible for partnering closely with the sales team at 1WorldSync to help facilitate the processing of new, changing, and renewing sales contracts, and helping to coordinate smooth accurate billing, and associated onboarding/offboarding. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team who can quickly master an understanding of what we sell and how we sell it to best support sales in expediting the execution of new and renewing deals. This role serves as a "trusted advisor" to sales in crafting and structuring contracts and SOWs, assisting with amendments and renewals, processing of sales orders, and notification to finance and support prompting invoicing/crediting and onboarding/offboarding activities. The role also works with internal stakeholders to create scalable and efficient policies and processes in support of deal making & sales activities.
As Sales Contract Analyst at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
* Establishing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our entire product and service portfolio, the corresponding NetSuite items, applicable revenue recognition rules, and contractual language required.
* Establishing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our "Opportunity-to-Onboarding" processes, and the associated SOPs and system knowledge required to provide guidance and direction to cross-functional team members where needed.
* Serving as the point of contact & subject matter expert on deal policies including contract terms, fallbacks, product configurations, and business terms.
* Providing the sales team complete and accurate consultative support & guidance on best practice deal management & contract structuring.
* Shepherding deals through the contract cycle & approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams; serving as a liaison between the sales team and our legal and finance teams to ensure timely review, changes, and resolution occurs on redlined contracts.
* Collaborating with and providing advice & deal insights to cross functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) in order to build scalable, efficient processes, and drive improvements in policies, processes, and systems to help increase productivity.
* Properly entering sales orders and adjusting renewal sales orders as needed.
* Providing notifications to finance and support regarding invoicing and onboarding/offboarding for new business, change orders, and renewals with changes.
* Continuously learning and developing professionally to support the sales team as the company continues to grow.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a revenue operations/order management role (preferably within a service based company)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems (1WorldSync uses NetSuite).
- Knowledge of Ironclad (both from a contract processing perspective and workflow design).
- Proficiency in Excel and all other Microsoft software applications.

Additional Details:
- This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location.
- This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
- This position requires up to 10% travel.
