What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA/BCaBA position at 2-Strive?
We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) to provide clinical supervision to staff and families receiving ABA services.
Position Description
The BCBA/BCaBA serves as clinical supervisor for staff providing in-home services for children with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. As Clinical Supervisor this individual conducts in home assessments and conducts Functional Behavioral Analyses after the authorization of services. The BCBA/BCaBA writes the formalized Individual Service Plan as developed by team members and families. The BCBA/BCaBA assists in the analysis of quantifiable data collected from sessions and makes programming adjustments accordingly. He/she works directly with family members to provide education, training, support and advocacy as needed. The BCBA/BCaBA coordinates care and communication with other service providers.
Eligibility
Individual must be qualified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) possessing at least two years experience using Applied Behavioral Analysis with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst is required with applicable Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
