Looking for an intelligent, experienced, organized person to join their team as Part-time Bookkeeper to help maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, customer and patient revenue cycle management.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Code and enter vendor expense invoices
- Responsible for bank reconciliation of multiple accounts
- Create cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, payroll, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Manage Accounts Payable, including monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Prepare customer invoices and perform cash applications
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- Prepare month-end close process and P&L Reports for senior management team
- Experienced with credit card management and reconciliation
- Reconciliation of managed vision plan billing
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail. 5 years of experience should include streamlining accounting procedures.
Handling of multi-company books a plus along with healthcare billing and collection experience.
