Job Details: Reporting into the Administration Supervisor, this role is responsible for all reception and general administration duties based in our Brisbane CBD office. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and maintain the visitor register log. This includes arranging cards, employee ID’s and business cards as required. Ensure the reception area and adjoining meeting rooms are kept clean, neat and tidy. Process new staff and staff leavers Manage the cabcharge scheme, issue and return of IT equipment as and when required Undertake travel and accommodation arrangements for management and other personnel Collect, register, file and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence in various document control systems Arrange on-site parking with Base building management as required by management Order promotional, lanyards and drink bottles and other Cubic branded products when required Liaise with Canon for servicing of multi-function printer/copiers Prepare Purchase Requisitions in SAP Assist the Facilities team by reporting and liaising with Building Managers on facility maintenance queries Assist the Facilities team with purchasing of appliance, crockery, cutlery and glasses for the breakout rooms Organise and/or assist with company functions; such as arranging catering for meetings and other Cubic events Arrange for flowers and gifts as requested by management Ensure the office is stocked with stationery, office kitchen items, coffee accessories, fruit and milk. About You: You will have 3-5 years’ experience in a receptionist position with general office administration duties. The successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, an outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Certificate in Office Administration and experience in WorkDay will be highly regarded. Condition of Employment: Successful outcome of a National Police Check Worker Type: Employee
