Customer Order Services Specialist - Swedish and English speaking

This role is responsible for supporting commercial order processing for defined countries, ensuring that customers are highly satisfied when ordering and receiving our goods, supporting dispute management cases and acting as the interface to respective external business partners/customers, local commercial teams, and regional / global functions. This job requires speaking Swedish and English fluently. What you will be doing: Handle daily tasks related to local order-to-cash processes from order entry and data capturing to order monitoring and tracking. Answer order-related questions in a timely manner. Interface externally with local customers in the market in local language, on the phone or via email. Ensure proactive collaboration internally with Sales Managers, Accounting, Data Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management departments. Support handling of customer complaints related to commercial orders. Support invoicing processes and handling of returns as well as commercial disputes. Work closely with Finance to help resolve any order-related burning issues. What you need for success: Fluent Swedish and English - it's a must Working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Excel, prior ERP experience with NetSuite – nice to have Customer-focused mindset Ownership – willingness to take initiatives and ability to work independently towards common business goals.
