What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at 2212 Design Inc?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist with day-to-day operation of the office.
This is a part-time position. Work days and hours will vary and are flexible - Monday thru Fridays, no weekends. Minimum 15 hours per week with the potential for more hours during busy season and as business grows.
Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- General office duties, including organizing files, sorting mail, et. al.
- Organize and maintain the office calendar (jobs; schedules; appointments)
- Monitor supply levels and place orders, as necessary
- Assist in organizing parts of the warehouse (accessories, artwork, soft goods, etc.
- Receive deliveries, manage purchase orders, follow-up on missing and damaged goods
Qualifications:
- Generally proficient in Office WORD, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail and an ability to work independently
- Ability to work within a team, including a positive, 'can do' attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation to/from the warehouse and a strong work ethic.
- Current driver's license and clean driving record.
Company Description: We are an established and growing home staging company serving the Boulder, Denver, and Front Range communities. Our warehouse is located in Longmont.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
