Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
In this role, you will break up your day between process improvement, audits, projects and admin duties. You will monitor what is and what is not out of compliance in correspondance with state requirements, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) regulations and Regional Centers’ guidelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Provide quality customer service to our caregivers, answering any questions and promptly working out any problems

Respond to verification of employment requests

Complete and promptly submit EDD claims

Assist with inactivity reporting, leading up to termination processes

Conduct internal employee file audits, identifying missing documents and ensuring department adherence
This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $22.88 per hour.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

1-2 years of customer service experience with a genuine interest human resources/compliance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Experience with Microsoft office is preferred

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a time-sensitive manner

Detail oriented with an eye for process improvement
