Beauty Brand is seeking a highly organized Associate Project Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on overseeing marketing campaigns and post-production projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects including digital, social, print, and CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support the Sr. Project Manager in managing client expectations, providing regular updates on project status, and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Assist in resource allocation, including assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines, milestones, budgets, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the beauty or post-production industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana or Trello is desirable but not mandatory.
Contract- full time hours
Hybrid Work Schedule- 3 days in office
