What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician - Male Screener position at 24th Judicial District Court?
The 24th JDC Specialty Treatment Court Program is currently hiring a Lab Technician responsible for direct collection and processing of urine samples and reporting of results. The technician will be assigned responsibilities, which may include preventative instrument maintenance, equipment maintenance, and calibration review, result review, proficiency testing, correlation studies, inventory and ordering of supplies. The technician will work under the direct authority of the Lab Program Supervisor and the Deputy Judicial Administrator -Specialty Courts.
Specialty Treatment Court is a criminal justice program that provides addiction and mental health treatment to offenders on probation. The program services men and women from age 18 and up. Case Manager and Assessment Counselor duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the participant services needed.
