Job Posting for VP, Group Account Director at 289 One Sixty Over Ninety, LLC

Job Description Seeking experienced, senior account management professionals. You lead books of business and teams. You partner with clients to steward their advertising and branding challenges and help them achieve their business goals. You know the difference between executing marketing campaigns and building brands and want to work at a place that excels at both. You know the nuances of expert client service, and you’re comfortable swimming in any lane—digital, video, strategy, identity, anything. If you’re looking to make your mark in client service, we’re seeking you. Capabilities: Strategic thinker Stewardship and implementation of best-practices process Strong leadership capabilities Experience developing business within a client relationship Proven track record of increasing client spend, identifying new business opportunities and networking What you’ll need: 10-12 years of relevant industry/agency experience. Creative agency experience strongly desired. Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate in a team-oriented multi-agency workplace, fostering career growth for the individuals on your team. Outstanding ability to lead, convince and inspire in a client-service environment. What you do here: As the branding division of a global cultural marketing agency, our collective charge is to elevate ideas, elevate each other, and elevate our client’s stories in the hearts and minds of their customers. This challenging and rewarding act of building worlds starts with four simple tasks that you will do every day. Thinking: At 160over90 ideas come first. You learn the brand. You live it. You question, diagnose, and solve. Continuously re-imagining how to partner with clients to build better futures for the business. Proactively seek out new opportunities, new technologies, and lateral ideas to solve clients’ biggest business issues. Building: Forming relationships as a trustworthy and essential client advisor at the most senior client level is a must. You’ll maintain high levels of partner satisfaction, building equity in client relationships. Motivating: We champion one another. Our team is close-knit and supportive, and we’re working with a lot of unknowns – you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable and encouraging. You energize and inspire by actively managing the development of team members and promoting diversity and inclusion. Elevating: Dig in and figure out how to work around problems. “Yes” and “why not” posture. Take care of self and team. Maintain a balance of stamina and positivity. Work Environment It’s full time. But not all the time. We like seeing you, but know you have a life. We’re not asking you to save the world. Just work hard. We’re global. The job is local. But you’ve got flexibility. We manage your time so you can manage your work-life balance. We see the office as a resource, as a clubhouse, as a space to collaborate and be heard. And be pushed. Branding is serious business. But it’s not that serious. We live and love creativity but make time to laugh at ourselves. We share in successes, champion design, love art and experience, and want to fuel all of it with the resources and might of our larger Endeavor network (which you have at your disposal). We do all this and provide everything we can to empower you to think broadly, to learn constantly, and to create the best next step of your career. Compensation & Benefits You get a competitive salary dependent on experience. And a lot of room for growth. Generous holiday schedule and self-managed PTO. Paid parental leave. 401k with matching. Ongoing mentorship, career development, and access to learning tools. Access to a variety of internal Black, API, LGBTQIA , LatinX, & Women’s support initiatives. You’ll have the tangible and intangible resources to have fun, be supported, and grow toward any goal you set for yourself. 160/90 is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
