About 29 Acres: 29 Acres is a nonprofit organization that enhances the lives of adults with ASD. 29 Acres focuses on using ABA principles and programming to make meaningful and measured progress. Each adult’s programming is individualized including set goals and outcomes.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Ensures maximum staffing based on client needs
- Pair staff with clients based on training and groupings provided by the Director
- Ensure all staff schedules are put into Paycor system at least 3 weeks in advance
- Be proactive with schedules for holidays
- Make sure all shifts are covered and look for coverage in advance
- Confirm payroll with HR and Director based on payroll calendar
- Work with client billing to confirm when clients are out / not being staffed
- Meet new hire on first day, give company 101 tour and connect with their House Coordinator
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on hours and dates for both clients and staff
- Prioritizing urgent needs over non-urgent needs and collaborating with direct supervisor when pairing/ratio re-alignment is necessary
- Updating records, databases and calendars after appointments have been made
- Assist in managing staff call outs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cross Roads, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
