Operations Analyst

What We’re Looking For:

The Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the Class Calendar, processing changes, and maintaining accuracy across all systems.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Manage the intake and communication of requests to change cohorts
  • Bring urgent requests to Program Leader when it is received
  • Prepare and send out meeting agenda
  • Attend meeting and take notes of changes
  • Make the changes in calendar, NS (if applicable), and SF (if applicable)
  • Send out meeting follow-up listing all approved and pending changes
• Keep future cohorts open far enough ahead that there are 2 cohorts open for each program/school at a time
• Create objects in NetSuite
• Map all objects from Salesforce to NetSuite
• Make changes to tuition, deposits, and payment schedules as needed
• Create holiday templates to apply to classes in Salesforce when they are created.
• Create calendar for all programs/partners
• Manage reports that provide insights on historic changes to calendar
• Deliver insights on revenue impact of proposed changes 

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

• Knowledge of Salesforce workflows and logic
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to quickly adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience facilitating large meetings

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

• 2+ years Project Management experience
• Knowledge of NetSuite
