Building Location: Grace Home Nursing Home Department: 45105 Nursing Administration Job Description: Conducts and coordinates the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of the state and the policies and goals of the facility. May be required to perform patient care activities when needed. Work Experience: 2 years professional nursing in a nursing home environment, including experience with completion of resident assessments.
