Let’s talk about the role: As a Student Engineer (Quality Systems), you will provide resourcing to support progressing various Quality System initiatives, including CAPA, Projects, Document Control Improvements and QMS/Audit Support. ResMed offers internship programs placing undergraduates from varying disciplines into our businesses. Under the guidance of a supervisor, our interns get a chance to work on real world engineering and business problems within departments throughout our businesses. Our aim is to provide a professionally fulfilling and supportive introduction into the ResMed world and show you how we can shape the future together. Work within the ResMed Quality system, standards and major regulatory requirements. Apply Problem Solving Skills to help support resolving non-conformances and/or potential non-conformances. Liaise with internal customers (such as IT, Manufacturing, Product Development) in relation to quality and business improvements. Introduce & maintain procedures. Provide training on new business processes. Builds stable working relationships internally to exchange information. Let’s talk about you: To apply as a Student Engineer (Quality Systems), you must be at least 3rd year student or above taking an engineering degree such as mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, biomedical, aeronautical or a Science Degree or equivalent. You enjoy solving problems, analytical in nature, and possess good interpersonal skills that you could leverage when dealing with internal stakeholders. You should also hold a current Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency at the time of application and can provide an academic transcript that demonstrates a minimum credit average or weighted average mark of 65% across all university studies.
