Site Quality Construction Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

· Oversees and possesses knowledge of various trades in construction storm repair

· Simultaneously oversees multiple projects from start to finish

· Conducts pre, mid, and post site inspections; monitors crew throughout the project

· Assesses work performed by crew and thoroughly documents findings

· Ensures the company quality & safety policies are fully understood, implemented, and maintained

· Coordinates schedule of projects, repairs, and audits with the production department

· Performs project repairs when necessary

· Ensures customer satisfactions are monitored, measured, and improved; suggests corrective action for areas of improvement

· Pulls and posts construction permits as directed

· Completes detailed and accurate audit forms; uploads documents to the management system

· Promptly responds to emails, texts, and phone calls

Experience and Traits of our Ideal Candidate:

· Enjoys engaging with customers and crew; builds a friendly rapport

· Organized, self-starter with a strong attention to detail

· Has knowledge of general construction trades ex: roofing, siding, gutters, carpentry, etc. – minimum of 4 years experience

· Willing to travel within the same region/home every night; occasional overnight travel

· Ability to carry and climb a ladder; comfortable with heights and working on rooftops

· Above average use of technology; iPads, iPhones, software applications, etc.

· Valid driver’s license; ideally has a clean driving record

· Willing to complete continuing education courses to obtain trades certificates
