1. Coordinate Hiring Processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the designated CDO and HRD for all recruitment and hiring activities.
- Ensure all parties have necessary documentation and files throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate facilitation of remote interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Compile all documentation, forms, supplemental materials, application package, and interview scoring sheets for Hiring Manager.
2. Candidate Management
- Manage the candidate pipeline by distributing resumes to hiring panel, coordinating interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and addressing any inquiries.
3. Onboarding Support
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires within CDOs, including scheduling orientation sessions and facilitating access to necessary resources and tools.
- Ensure all new hires complete the required paperwork and training in a timely manner.
4. Collaboration and Communication
- Maintain regular communication with HRD to stay updated on policies, procedures, and any changes in the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates to the Hiring Strike Team manager and other relevant stakeholders on the status of ongoing recruitment efforts.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and hiring activities, including candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring decisions.
- Prepare reports on hiring metrics and trends, providing insights to improve future recruitment efforts.
6. Performance Tracking
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
