What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at 360 Professional Placements?

A growing residential and commercial painting and repair company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join the organization. The role will be 30 hours per week with a Monday-Thursday schedule of approximately 9am to 3pm and Friday 9am to noon. There is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position down the road.

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating and distributing project reports
  • Customer service (phone, email, face to face)
  • Assisting with the coordination of crews in the field
  • Communicating with Foremen
  • Basic updates for company website
  • Data entry

Preferred experience/skills:

  • Previous office management experience
  • Prior experience in a construction or industrial environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
