A growing residential and commercial painting and repair company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join the organization. The role will be 30 hours per week with a Monday-Thursday schedule of approximately 9am to 3pm and Friday 9am to noon. There is potential for the role to grow into a full-time position down the road.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating and distributing project reports
- Customer service (phone, email, face to face)
- Assisting with the coordination of crews in the field
- Communicating with Foremen
- Basic updates for company website
- Data entry
Preferred experience/skills:
- Previous office management experience
- Prior experience in a construction or industrial environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
