The Position:
We are
looking to bring in a talented, professional, energetic Administrative
Assistant to handle customer service, order entries, and basic accounting
duties. Responsibilities include:
- Input all orders with high
degree of accuracy
- Answer phones and interface
directly with customers
- Respond to customer inquires
- Interface with Sales,
Engineering and Manufacturing regarding order follow up
- Assist Field Service with
quotation of parts, repairs and spares
- Handle invoicing and cash
receipts or disbursements
About You:
- You have some college
experience and at least 2 years in an administrative, customer-facing
position with the responsibility of entering orders
- You have experience with
basic accounting responsibilities
- You are a self-directed
problem-solver with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication skills
- You have strong computer
skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- You are highly organized,
detail -oriented and numbers driven
