We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Private Chartered Aviation Sales Broker to join our client’s expanding team in Huntington Beach, CA.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a strong network within the aviation industry, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive, selling in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Pay : Up to $80,000 Base Uncapped Commission Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO As a Sales Broker you will : Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end sales process for charter flights, sales, and other aviation services. Negotiate contracts with vendors and find competitive pricing to ensure the best outcomes for clients / customers and the company.
Provide expert advice on aircraft selection, itinerary planning, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of all flight arrangements.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Aviation Services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Must Haves : Proven experience in a sales role within the aviation industry, preferably in private aviation.
Extensive network of contacts within the chartered aviation sector and among potential clients. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
