What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at 360care?
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relationship between 360Care and contracted long-term care facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers.
- Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits.
- Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits.
- Review schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider.
- Correspond with facility on patient and visit information.
- Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customers
- Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers upon request.
- Provide prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns.
- Function at a high level of personal productivity.
- Actively support and comply with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- React positively to change and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Electronic Medical Records experience preferred
- Medical or Dental office experience preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills required
- Strong time management skills and sense of urgency required
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
