This Senior Full-Stack Developer role will provide technical contribution and mentorship toward the ongoing build out and enhancement of our web-based analytics delivery platform in support of our internal customers within Enterprise Operations to help drive differentiated service, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Enable the delivery of interactive, data-driven applications to enhance throughput, reduce cost, and improve quality within Enterprise Operations. Select appropriate technologies and design web infrastructure and applications to support evolving business needs. Proactively conduct root-cause analyses and identify and implement enhancement opportunities for our analytic platforms and their included applications. Develop understanding of and ability to work within Agile software development practices. Present results and/or recommendations to internal stakeholders. Create, communicate, and adhere to development timelines. Balance and prioritize projects across a wide development portfolio. Continuously develop skills in .NET, Angular JS, and other core elements of the team tech stack. Attain and share subject matter expertise in the platforms themselves, the Information Technology infrastructure on which they depend, as well as the business processes and outcomes they seek to improve. Assist the team in opportunistically evolving and improving the overall technology stack. Flexibility to work remotely anywhere within the US; however, expected work hours will be 9-5 Eastern Time. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline and 4 years of professional software engineering experience preferred OR completion of relevant Code Camps with Certification and 8 years of professional software engineering experience Experience building user interfaces using Angular or equivalent (ReactJS, Vue, Ember). Experience with API endpoints using .NET or equivalent (Python Flask, nodejs, Spring Boot). Experience querying relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Hadoop Hive, or equivalent). Experience developing using cloud services in a CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, AWS, or equivalent). Experience with log tools such as Splunk, Kafka, New Relic, or equivalent a plus. Experience with data visualization libraries/tools (D3, FusionCharts, HighCharts, Plotly, Tableau) a plus. Effective in using debugging tools to troubleshoot application issues. Experience with Agile methodology for software development strongly preferred. Knowledgeable regarding popular trends and best practices in web application development. Strong organizational skills. Ability to design solutions that are innovative, thorough, practical and consistent with organizational objectives. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines. Analytical and detail-oriented in all work activities. Customer-focused in all work activities. Ability to communicate and present professionally and effectively. Ability to mentor internal customers in use of software applications. Demonstrated team collaboration experience. Ability to handle/balance multiple projects or tasks at a time. Ability to solve complex/difficult problems. Ability to quickly learn how to use new libraries, API's, software applications, etc. Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions. Familiarity with Health Care or Pharmacy Benefit Management industries a plus. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,900 - 203,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
