1. Technical Skills and Expertise

• SAP HCM / Payroll Module : In-depth knowledge of the SAP Payroll module, including configuration, schema setup, and payroll processing.
• SAP Time Management : Experience with integration between SAP Time and Payroll modules (e.g., time evaluation and time schemas).

2. Operational Responsibilities

• Configuration and Customization :
• Customize wage types, deduction rules, payment methods, and payroll processing calendars.
• Maintain payroll control records and perform retroactive accounting adjustments.
• End-to-End Payroll Support :
• Support payroll run activities (pre- and post-payroll).
• Reconcile payroll outputs, ensuring data integrity and accurate payments.
• Issue Resolution :
• Troubleshoot payroll errors and handle correction scenarios promptly (off-cycle payroll, recalculation, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to resolve payroll data discrepancies.
• Documentation & Reporting :
• Provide payroll reports for auditors, finance, and management teams.
• Maintain payroll policies, process documentation, and procedures.

3. Project Management & Change Management

• Requirement Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and business needs.
• Implementation & Testing :
• Participate in new payroll system rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate payroll results.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer :
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions to payroll teams.
• Document configuration and technical changes for future reference.

5. Experience and Qualifications

• Experience :
• SAP Payroll experience with a focus on operations and configuration.
