IT Support Specialist

As a Microsoft partner we specialize in Azure Migration, Cloud-Scale Custom Application Development, Internet of Things, Analytics and DevOps achieved through Azure-Enabled Infrastructure Automation. 3Cloud is headquartered in Chicago with an office in Dallas. Our IT Administrator will report into our Managed Services team and will be based in our Downers Grove/Chicago headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day oversight and support of 3Cloud Office 365, Laptops, Video Conferencing Equipment, and other office technology at any 3Cloud office
- Responsible for ordering and preparing laptops for new 3Cloud employees. Will assist in on-boarding new employees by walking through 3Cloud provided technology
- Will maintain Office 365 licenses and MPN Benefit licenses (Track inventory, purchase new, and report on usage)
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining accurate inventory of all 3Cloud equipment (Laptops, monitors, printers, video conferencing equipment
- Responsible for working with Director of Talent to provision security cards/tokens for 3Cloud DG office, must be able to log a ticket for each request and follow through until employee confirms it is working
- Responsible for working with India support personnel on support tickets
- Responsible for ensuring all laptops are maintained in Intune including resolving any issues preventing full management of the laptop (synchronization, resetting, anti-virus and patching updates, etc.)
- Will assist in the 3Cloud SOC 2 Type II audit by pulling usage data and information on laptops and end user security
- Responsible for identifying equipment ready to be replaced after being in service for 2 years.
- Must be able to work independently with little direction
- Knowledge of MS Windows 10, Intune (good to have), wireless networking, iPhone/Android connectivity to Office 365, Office 365 Administration
Experience/Characteristics:
- 1 – 3 years in a support role within a managed service provider or corporate IT Staff
Knowledge of the following:
- Advanced Windows 10 setup, configuration, and administration
- Intune in Azure for Desktop/Mobile Management
- Office 365 Administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
- Wireless networking for laptops and mobile phones
- Small office firewall administration
Education:
- 4-year degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
