Job Description
As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will play a key role on 3Cloud’s Programs and Partnerships team working alongside all national practices, enterprise sales teams and directly with Microsoft. This includes driving executive sales alignment, program team alignment, marketing support, field and channel relationships, tracking progress and driving enablement. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, you will help drive top-line revenue growth, deeper partner engagement, and overall adoption of 3Cloud Go to Market with Microsoft. The ideal candidate has experience interacting with Microsoft sales who is comfortable engaging with executives, understands professional services and demonstrates the ability to think strategically about how to grow the business through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Alliance Manager you will serve as a main point of contact to Microsoft stakeholders and will work daily with Alliances Managers, Specialists, Sales, and Solution Architects. You will:
- Engage the Microsoft U.S leadership team, field sales organizations, channels, and customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for all parties.
- Developing joint strategic U.S. plans with Microsoft and 3Cloud sales organizations.
- Prepare and deliver regular partner alliance reviews to the 3Cloud management team alongside other Alliances team members.
- Manage and drive Co-Selling activities with Microsoft and 3Cloud Sellers to drive joint wins.
- Work closely with Microsoft Enterprise Channel Managers and Solution Specialists to position and co-sell vertical market solutions and services.
- Maintain Co-Sell pipeline forecast In Partner Sales Connect including sales forecasts, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory opportunity.
- Coordinate GTM activities with marketing and ensure optimal utilization to drive growth and visibility within Microsoft field teams.
- Work with Marketing to assess Microsoft events (Inspire, Ignite, Ready, etc) to determine participation and strategy plans YoY.
- Coordinate the Creation and Maintenance collateral for OCP catalog and Microsoft Marketplace.
- Support accelerating sales opportunities in new and existing accounts.
- Promote, share and create content to increase brand awareness.
Job Requirements
Desired Background:
- 6 years of business development experience in the software/technology services industry.
- Ability to collaborate creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and program strategy between Microsoft, 3Cloud and our customers.
- Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful, and consistent
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical problem-solving ability

- Experience working in the Microsoft technology ecosystem, a consulting or sales environment.
- Passion for cloud technologies, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Ability to maintain multiple deadlines, with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving results.
- Able to travel up to 20% as required with in accordance with safe guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent experience.
- MBA or equivalent work experience a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, and analytic tools to establish detailed customer metrics.
