About the Role
3M is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Clarkston, Georgia. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package manufactured products in accordance with applicable procedures
- Accurately record production data and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with process engineers to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
- Operate equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
