Full Job Description
3N2 LLC is seeking an organized and detail-oriented full-time professional to assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account payables tasks such as entering vendor invoices, preparing payment checks, preparing customer refund checks, making sales tax payments, making payment for credit cards, filing and organizing all invoices, etc.
- Perform accounts receivables tasks such as entering receipts from customers and wire payments, reviewing aging accounts receivables list, following up with customers for payment, etc.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Generate monthly financial reports or as requested.
- Consolidate and enter sales order data from Amazon.com into our system.
- Oversee Inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations for sales reps.
- Process sales orders as needed.
- Perform other general administrative tasks upon request.
- Ability to interact positively with management and co-workers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional manner in the office.
Minimum Requirements:
- Passion for doing impactful work, accountability for actions, initiative make visions a reality, integrity that places honesty and trust above all else, professionalism, and conscientiousness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Has knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in excel on an intermediate level. Creating pivot tables, using VLOOKUP, Macros and other excel tools.
- 3 Years of Accounting Experience.
SALARY:
$50,000 to $60,000 (Based on Experience and Fit). Performance Bonus Eligible.
