About You

3Q Digital is seeking a skilled Product Manager with an understanding and genuine passion for technology. You will have the right mix of product and business management skills to continually refine the comprehensive product roadmap in a fast-paced environment.


To be successful in the Product Manager role, you should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the digital advertising space. You will help shape design choices and refine strategic initiatives as part of a cross-functional team.


You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Lead use case discussions with engineering, marketing, & sales teams to refine product releases and align stakeholders around the vision for the product
  • Analyze stakeholder needs to help define what the ideal customer experience should be
  • Appraise & prioritize ideas to add to the roadmap using our idea management tool Aha! Ideas
  • Build deep & strategic knowledge of the product, markets, and stakeholder needs
  • Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, roadmap development, and product release milestones
  • Create product strategy documents that describe the product vision, business cases, high-level use cases, and product objectives using our product management tool Aha! Roadmaps
  • Translate product strategy into detailed, standardized requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
  • Collaborate with the technical project manager and solution architect to translate user needs into feature requirements and follow through with UAT to ensure requirements are met
  • Serve as the business case expert to ensure we solve for shared needs within the organization while contributing to the team decision-making process paying particular attention to sustainability, feasibility, and scalability of features that must integrate across multiple platforms
  • Promote a robust collaborative environment that develops agreeableness, trust, experimentation, creativity, and innovation


You’ll need to have: 

    • 4 years of experience in a similar role, working with product design or engineering
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
    • Previous experience working on software development products
    • Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
    • Experience in acceptance criteria & user story documentation development
    • Analytic mindset, to support decisions with data, and the ability to make data digestible for varied audiences
  • Be highly driven to deliver outcomes by owning the success, failures, & learnings of your product
  • Be comfortable working on multiple concurrent features for a single application/platform at once
  • Be detail-oriented, positive, and motivated

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Experience with SQL or working on highly data-driven software features for products
