3TG Staffing Solutions is looking for an Advanced Client Solutions Specialist to join our team!
Requirements:
- Interact with clients via telephone or online chats while learning new technologies and processes
- Navigate multiple computer systems while working with the client
- Listen to clients to understand which products and services are best suited for their unique needs while providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with a team of professional sales specialists and managers in a call center environment.
Qualifications:
- Has an intermediate level of proficiency with computers
- Experience in financial services
- Experience in sales, cross-selling, upselling or referring products
- Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video)
- Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
