What You’ll Contribute Drive strategy and prioritization within portfolio for multiple products, customers and resource pools. Work closely with Professional Services, Product Development and senior leadership to ensure well-defined project portfolio plans. Communicate status and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Coach project managers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness while meeting deadlines. Provide oversight to ensure overall portfolio goals are met for the organization. Experience across the entire technology stack including networking, storage, and compute. Work closely with business sponsors, stakeholders and functional owners as needed to ensure well-defined business cases, strategies and project plans. Communicate status and issues to senior management and stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executive to support desk. Leveraging these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus. Monitor overall progress and use of resources on projects, and initiate corrective action where necessary. What We’re Seeking Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent experience. Experience in portfolio, program or project management with history of increasing responsibility. Must have experience working on customer implementations in a large, complex information systems environment. Experience with cloud services delivery including private and public (AWS). Technical project delivery with a firm understanding of datacenter technologies, including server, database, network, and storage. PMP Certification. Experience leading Agile and SaaS project implementations. Understanding of software development methodology. Experience leading Agile and SaaS project implementations. Self-starter with high sense of urgency for growing the business.
