Dental Front Office Admin: The Dental Office Admin position will work the front office operations including the daily operations to help dentists focus on their patients. The Dental Office Admin is responsible for scheduling, answering of the office phone and emails. They will also work with patients in assisting them with billing. The front office admin will also aid in insurance data collection.
To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to manage staff schedules and billing systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain the dental clinic’s cash control, general ledger and billing systems
- Execute the day-to-day office practices that increase productivity and efficiency
This includes:
- Treatment plan presentation and benefit breakdown
- Billing, processing, and posting payments
- Providing exceptional patient care and patient experience
- Patient check in/collecting patient information
- Patient scheduling and questions
- Referral submissions and tracking
- Collect insurance coverage benefits and information
- Complete daily production, collection, and deposit reports
- Maintaining appearance of office
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
Remain organized, have outstanding communication skills, and practice good follow-through

Position is full time. We work Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm.
