HR Advisor- Blue Bell, PA - Hybrid  

We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers. This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also work on some great projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.
  • Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.
  • Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR questions
  • Process Workday tasks for the full employee lifecycle
  • Process I9s for all new hires
  • UAT testing in Workday
  • Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, pulling and analyzing reports, internal audits, and creating SOPs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Human Resources (preferably)
  • 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer focused with a sense of urgency
  • Works collaboratively and using your own initiative
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Enjoys working with a collaborative team
