HR Advisor- Blue Bell, PA - Hybrid
We are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a trusted HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a range of HR support services to ICON’s internal customers. This is a varied role which offers growth within the HR space, along with your day-to-day responsibilities, you will also work on some great projects.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide HR support to a wide variety of ICON’s internal teams.
- Working to an agreed timeline, you will work to resolve and answer any HR related queries to the team.
- Provide tier 1 support to employees and managers for the day-to-day HR questions
- Process Workday tasks for the full employee lifecycle
- Process I9s for all new hires
- UAT testing in Workday
- Collaborate with vendors, payroll, and other internal teams to ensure data accuracy regarding member eligibility and enrollment.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as updating process guideline documents, pulling and analyzing reports, internal audits, and creating SOPs.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
Your Profile:
- A degree in Human Resources (preferably)
- 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Customer focused with a sense of urgency
- Works collaboratively and using your own initiative
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and process flows
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Enjoys working with a collaborative team
