The Demand Planner is responsible for inventory including inventory management, strategic stock process support and operational performance reporting. What you will be doing Ensure continuous communication and collaboration of forecasting and inventory management data with the regions and key stakeholders, both locally and globally. Work with all relevant stakeholders to establish both short- and long-term inventory strategies for key customer. Assist in analysis of new incoming equipment to sales area with targeted inventory planning in local stockrooms or select hubs as identified with key stakeholders. Responsible for stock, goods in transit, production stock and obsolescence reserve in the stockrooms of responsibility. Assist in analyzing and maintaining inventory parameters setting for standard assortment in the stockrooms of responsibility; including but not limited to various consignment stock levels. Responsible for the strategic stock in the stockrooms of responsibility. Participate and support regional/global initiatives or projects as needed. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and Procedures Ensure the timely collection and management of forecast data, perform gap/trend analysis & recommend process improvements and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure operational supply chain processes are followed and planning data is correctly maintained. Help coordinate and take active participation in the inventory counts for all stockrooms in area of responsibility as deemed necessary per our auditing requirements (quarterly, annually, as required) Performs other related duties as assigned by manager Environmental Health and Safety We are ethical and compliant, dedicated to health, safety, and sustainability.
