HOURS: Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm

As a supplier returns associate, you will maintain and manage all supplier returns accurately and in timely manner.
Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Maintain and manage a database of products being returned to our suppliers.
- Monitor and enter data into key reports on a daily basis.
- Communicate with other departments on a daily basis.
- Inspect and verify correct products are being returned to our suppliers.
- Prepare and process returns for shipping.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the receiving supervisor or receiving team lead.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
