500 Degrees is looking for an Account Executive that will serve as client-facing support on the Account Services team. The Account Executive is crucial in managing client relationships, coordinating creative projects, and ensuring successful execution on deliverables.
We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment. This individual must be a strong communicator and collaborator – they must be able to fluently advocate for the client to the agency, and the agency to the client. As an agency, we pride ourselves on providing the gold standard of client service: service-oriented, organized & proactive, level-headed.
*This is a hybrid role in office 2 days a week based in Columbus, OH
What You'll Do:
- Day-to-day client & account team support; Will be expected to balance client expectations, agency capabilities and market dynamics
- Cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships; Acting as primary point of contact and maintaining regular communication to understand needs and concerns; Keeping clients up to date on status of active projects
- Manage specific pieces of multiple large-scale projects, as assigned by supervisor, from start to finish; Coordinating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely execution on deliverables
- Brief creation on small to mid-scale projects; Communicating project objectives and requirements with clear and concise information gathered from the client
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project, working to find timely solutions that satisfy both the agency and the client
- Quality Assurance; Reviewing design elements, ensuring they align with the brand guidelines; Double checking final product for grammar errors, factual accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to the company's tone and voice
- Expected to work cross-functionally with internal team in order to solution client concerns; Build and maintain solid collaborative relationships with agency departments
What You'll Need:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 2-4 years relevant work experience
- Prior agency experience strongly preferred
- Prior knowledge & experience within creative advertising workflow
- Must be fluent in MS Office Suite; Keynote fluency a plus
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to function is fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills
Physical & Travel Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Stamina to handle extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
- Availability to travel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations
