Client Relationship Coordinator

About the role: The Customer Relationship Coordinator supports the Sales team to ensure an excellent customer journey by facilitating client applications from Sales to Planning and following up on sales quotations. The Client Relationship Coordinator will also assist with problem solving, process applications, work with clients to schedule audit dates, and generate business leads through calling and with purpose of increasing sales activity. Client Relationship Coordinator Responsibilities Process Client applications using relevant systems and document applications Create Schedule Maintenance Orders for each client/location per contact. Provide administrative support to the assigned Sales team and assist with their existing clients and new prospects. Work with sales team to assist with creating proposals Follow up with prospective clients as needed (i.e. quotations, scheduled audit dates, etc.) Complete existing & new customer vendor/purchasing forms, documents, legal requirements and purchase orders Prepare and propose audit programs for individual sampled locations (in coordination with CCM) Facilitate support for answers from technical review, scheme managers, legal and other departments to assist with questions or issues with clients To be successful in the role you should possess the following: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Experience with MS Office, SFDC, Excel, and email knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services Full understanding of requirements for client management (both BSI and external) Understanding of BSI quotation process and accreditation requirements Familiarity with BSI products BSI background, history and knowledge What we offer: BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.
