Responsibilities will include: · First line legal drafting, review and negotiation on a wide range and large volume of commercial contracts (master service agreements, work orders, CDAs, standalone service agreements); · Liaising with a broad range of internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Finance, Data Privacy) in order to coordinate internal feedback on commercial contracts during the negotiation process. · Drive the execution and exchange of contracts, and associated administrative management of the contract process. · Assist the Legal Team in managing contract negotiations and any other legal matters as they arise in the day to day operation of the business, e.g. disputes, corporate or compliance issues etc. · Assist with implementing process improvements with a view to increase efficiency within the legal team. Experience & Knowledge Requirements: · Legal Qualification (law degree or legal diploma); · Experienced paralegal or legal executive with commercial contract negotiation and drafting experience is preferred but not essential; · Experience in process improvement efficiencies/projects is preferred; · Team player and relationship builder with strong intrapersonal, communication, organization and time management skills; · Ability to work on their own initiative under tight timelines in a fast paced environment; and · Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
