Job Description This position is responsible for creating and implementing advanced analytics capabilities, designing complex prospecting models, performing advanced business intelligence analyses and other predictive methodologies, interpreting results and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the talech division and with Elavon (U.S. Bank Companies). This position will play a liaison role across the business intelligence, product and business development units. This position works on data science, reporting and analytics. Incumbent will work with bank database; pull information and run reports and models. This role focuses on reporting and analysis and maintaining processes. This role will also help improve business prospecting by guiding the development and use of prospecting intelligence, data management and analytics capabilities. Design and implement advanced mathematical models to improve prospecting techniques across the division/company and its markets. Build strong liaisons and collaborate with internal data analytics groups. Participates in the design and implementation of Business Development activities and projects with a focus on better targeting prospects and leads. Design the management, tracking and reporting on client and employee incentives Collaborate with internal partners to collect and manage data (e.g., operations group, Finance, HR). Provide other support including ad-hoc analysis. Pursue continued process improvements for better managing and using data for decision-making. Actively ensures compliance with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures. Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas. Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position. Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position. Basic Qualifications: Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience Five to ten years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience, 5 to 10 years of experience in financial data management and business intelligence with 5 to 10 years in the Financial Services industry Thorough knowledge of data science and management Demonstrated leadership skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
