We are looking to fill the key position of Hotel Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the development of future Sales team members, capturing early prospective clients and formulating marketing strategies for future and ongoing room and event bookings.
As Hotel Sales Manager you will prospect, foster and develop business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and room and event space tours. You will guide customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet their goals and objectives, resulting in a compelling event experience and ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should reflect a strong commitment to industry connections – through trade organizations such as MPI (Meeting Planners International), local, regional and/or national hotel/lodging/tourism organizations such as Washington Hospitality Association. Certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) and an extensive network as demonstrated through a robust Linked In profile will be weighted in consideration of the position.
