Overview JOB SUMMARY: Perform strategic analysis and reporting for assigned projects that support the entire enterprise. The role of this position is to build positive and trustful working relationships with functional departments and senior executives. Work with management to identify strategic business needs, challenges and opportunities. Determine business road-map and provide support in future business planning. Analyze business needs and develop strategies to meet these needs. Develop action plans to overcome business challenges. Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends. Responsibilities KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop decks for senior management and prepare presentations for Board meetings Support the financial and strategic evaluation of corporate development opportunities Support business unit strategy development and implementation Provide direct/indirect competitive analysis and macroeconomic trend assessments Provide investor relations support Collaborate with the teams to provide a long-term perspective on business strategies. Work cross-functionally to support the analytical requirements of the business and pro-actively challenge the status quo by introducing new analyses and insights Regular interaction with Planning Department and Cross-Functional leadership to communicate and gain alignment of analysis, methodology, and assumptions. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 years SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree (or equivalent experience) in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another quantitative field Experience: 2 5 Years Expert in Power-Point and deck design Expert in critical thinking and alignment #LI-JS1
